Job Overview

Position Summary:
The role involves overseeing and managing the daily operations of residential properties, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and evaluate staff performance, addressing employee concerns and managing work-related issues.
2. Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure they meet quality standards and maintain accurate records of inspections.
3. Manage client files in accordance with HUD and Tax Credit guidelines, enforcing lease agreements and overseeing work orders.
4. Facilitate annual re-certifications and monitor accounts receivable to ensure financial accuracy.
5. Collaborate with Human Services Caseworkers and other agencies to resolve conflicts and provide resident referrals.
6. Organize and conduct fire drills, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
7. Prepare and distribute monthly newsletters and other necessary communications.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in using office automation tools and software such as CCS, Windows, Word, Excel, and Print Shop.
- Strong leadership abilities to assign, review, and evaluate employee performance, including providing training and guidance.
- LITHC Certification is mandatory, along with a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and three to five years of experience in property management or a related area.

Additional Requirements:
- Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) certification or equivalent is required, along with a valid driver's license.
