Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct annual re-certifications and monitor financial accounts to maintain compliance.
- Perform regular inspections of properties to ensure they meet quality standards and generate necessary work orders.
- Maintain accurate client files in accordance with regulatory guidelines and enforce lease agreements.
- Prioritize and delegate work orders to staff or external contractors, ensuring quality control of contracted work.
- Attend hearings and court proceedings as required, providing necessary documentation and support.
- Facilitate resident referrals to appropriate caseworkers and manage follow-up procedures on work orders.
- Conduct move-in and move-out processes, as well as transfers and interim assessments.
- Resolve conflicts and liaise with various governmental and private agencies as needed.
- Organize fire drills and oversee contractor activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare and edit monthly newsletters and other official communications.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in operating office technology and software applications such as CCS, Windows, Word, Print Shop, and Excel.
- Strong leadership abilities to assign, review, and evaluate employee performance, providing necessary training and support.
- Required certifications include LITHC Certification and Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) or equivalent, along with a valid driver's license.

Educational Background:
A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution is necessary, complemented by three to five years of experience in property management or a related field. Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience that provide the requisite knowledge and skills will also be considered.
