Bilingual Healthcare Administrative Coordinator
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Healthcare Administrative Coordinator for a prominent client in the medical sector. The ideal candidate must be proficient in both English and Spanish. This position is fully onsite and requires a commitment to providing exceptional customer service, serving as the first point of contact for patients entering the facility.
The role encompasses various administrative responsibilities, including:
- Patient check-in and check-out procedures
- Verification of insurance details
- Scheduling appointments for patients
- Assisting with referral processes
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory
- A minimum of one year of experience in customer service is essential
- Experience in the healthcare field is preferred but not mandatory - this position serves as an excellent entry point into the healthcare industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is necessary
Key Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, including professional phone etiquette
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Self-driven with the ability to meet performance metrics set by management
- Outstanding customer service skills

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
