A leading specialty medical organization in the healthcare sector is seeking an experienced Medical Administrative Assistant. This role involves managing front office operations within a Neurology practice.

Position Summary:

Full-Time Medical Office Administrative Assistant

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $23.00- $25.00 per hour based on experience

Facility Type: Neurology Practice

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the calendar of the Neurosurgeon and coordinate appointments
  • Handle correspondence and manage phone communications
  • Provide administrative assistance for clinical and research initiatives
  • Organize and maintain the Neurosurgeon's office and documentation
  • Support front office tasks as required
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant, ideally in a healthcare environment
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
