Job Summary

YETI is seeking a highly experienced Vice President of Investor Relations to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for creating and executing a proactive, strategic investor relations function that delivers results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive investor relations program that creates value-driving messages for the investment community.
  • Perform ongoing and comprehensive competitive analysis, including financial metrics and a summary of key messages.
  • Develop and monitor performance metrics for the investor relations function.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with the investment community, including investors, analysts, and rating agencies.
  • Prepare senior leaders for meetings with the investment community and provide feedback/post event analysis.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related degree; Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 20+ years of progressive financial, management, and leadership responsibilities with extensive experience in shareholder communications.
  • At least 5+ years in Investor Relations preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading an investor relations function, including the successful development and implementation of strategic, proactive IR plans that have delivered results.
  • Experience and success serving as an independent contributor, with strong examples of cross-functional partnership.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate company strategies into crisp, persuasive, strategic messaging.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skill set, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Understanding of financial modeling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investors.
  • Comprehension of macroeconomics, capital markets, and trends, competitor activities, and key metrics for companies in the industry.
  • Knowledge of SEC disclosure and filing requirements.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively/credibly with senior leadership.
  • Cultivate, develop, and maintain a strong network of investment community relationships.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adjust to changing priorities.
