Customer Service Liaison

At Atlas Advanage, we're seeking a skilled Customer Service Liaison to serve as a direct point of contact between our clients and customers. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support, ensuring seamless interactions and fostering long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized support to new and existing customer accounts, addressing their unique needs and concerns.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify opportunities for growth and satisfaction.
- Build trust and rapport with customers through open, interactive communication, and provide tailored solutions to their inquiries.
- Present products and services with honesty and transparency, meeting customer expectations and needs.
- Meet performance metrics and evaluate progress on a regular basis, driving continuous improvement.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, adhering to company confidentiality standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
- A track record of exceeding customer expectations and delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent active listening skills and ability to build rapport with diverse personalities.
- Able to learn quickly, process feedback, and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- High school degree or equivalent.
