Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer experiences and maintaining our stellar reputation. You will be responsible for providing friendly and efficient customer service, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with our HVAC technicians to deliver prompt and reliable solutions to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
- Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians efficiently.
- Maintain customer records, update databases, and document relevant information.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Provide administrative support to the office team as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle customer complaints with empathy.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, including customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
- Familiarity with residential HVAC systems and terminology is desirable but not required.
