Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative Lead plays a pivotal role in supporting supervisors within the Customer Solutions Center (CSC). This position is essential for overseeing the Customer Service Representatives who deliver primary telephone support to our valued customers, vendors, and technicians. Responsibilities include monitoring performance, coaching team members, and assisting supervisors to ensure that customer service standards are not only met but exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily operations and delegate critical tasks to Customer Service Representatives, including web-based work order management, telephone inquiries, and email communications.
  2. Facilitate comprehensive training for the department on workflows and processes, ensuring that training is effective in both group and individual settings.
  3. Provide ongoing coaching to Customer Service Representatives, emphasizing adherence to processes and procedures to enhance service delivery.
  4. Regularly assess performance metrics and call statistics to maintain optimal operational effectiveness.
  5. Collaborate with supervisors to deliver constructive feedback for performance evaluations and development plans.
  6. Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the department.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in a leadership role.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Proficiency in Office365, Excel, and Project Management tools is preferred.
  • Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and manage diverse customer interactions effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
