Job Description

Aston Carter is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Tempe, AZ. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer support role
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience in logistics or transportation
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other productivity tools
