Construction Project Manager

In collaboration with the owner, the Project Manager will oversee daily operations, including but not limited to:
  • Ensuring projects are executed accurately, meeting client expectations, staying within budget, and adhering to timelines.
  • Enhancing accountability for delivering results to clients, ensuring clear communication of outcomes.
  • Managing the allocation of both internal and external resources for project completion, including selecting subcontractors, materials, and all necessary resources.
  • Conducting daily site visits to monitor progress on each job.
  • Maintaining documentation for change orders, submittals, purchase orders, and other project-related paperwork.
  • Providing assistance to the team as needed.
  • Performing take-offs as required.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Demonstrating the ability to initiate contact and successfully close deals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • A minimum of five years of experience in supervising commercial and residential construction and renovation projects.
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in interpreting blueprints, specifications, and proposals.
  • Familiarity with construction regulations and safety standards.
  • Effective time management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Valid Driver's License (required).

LOCATION:
  • Indiana and Kentucky.

PAY FREQUENCY:
  • Weekly.

SCHEDULE:
  • Day shift.
  • Monday to Friday.
  • Occasional weekends.

BENEFITS:

ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION:
  • Bonuses.
