Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Administer contracts, manage budgets, and coordinate with the project team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and develop strategies to overcome them.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed to the required standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in multi-family construction.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
