  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, including change orders, submittals, and purchase orders.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum five years of experience in supervising commercial and residential new construction and renovation projects.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in construction management or related field preferred.
  • Certifications: OSHA certification and valid driver's license required.

Our construction projects are located in Indiana and Kentucky, with a focus on commercial, residential, and multi-family living developments.
