Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring project success and minimizing losses.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in construction management, preferably with a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading successful projects, with a minimum of $15MM in project value.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and project delivery.
