Job Summary

This Field Engineer position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in construction engineering and management on regional projects. The role involves a balance of design and construction management, with a combination of field and office work, providing a comprehensive learning experience in the geotechnical and deep foundation construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project progress and quality control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Analyze data and technical information to inform project decisions and optimize outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project success.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, ensuring timely and within-budget project completion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to travel extensively, up to three years, for project-related activities.
  • Commercial acumen and a results-driven attitude.
  • Capacity to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
