Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our assigned residential properties. This role includes managing staff, ensuring compliance with housing regulations, and maintaining high standards of service and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to residents, vendors, and community partners, ensuring respectful interactions.
  • Supervise and mentor property staff, fostering a collaborative and accountable work environment.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records, ensuring timely processing of resident documentation and rent collection.
  • Enforce lease agreements and community rules to uphold a safe and enjoyable living environment.
  • Oversee property maintenance and administrative tasks, ensuring a clean and appealing property.
  • Manage property finances, including budget development and expense monitoring.
  • Engage with residents to promote community involvement and awareness of property policies.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. with at least one year of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google applications.

Preferred:

  • Two years of college education in business or social sciences, with additional experience in property management.
  • Familiarity with property management software and knowledge of HUD regulations.
  • Certification as an Occupancy Specialist or Tax Credit Specialist within six months of employment.
