The Illinois Hammer Injury Law Firm is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to support the daily operations of our expanding team. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for various tasks including administrative duties, event coordination, policy updating, and day-to-day office management. You will also serve as a backup to the HR Generalist, handling recruitment, onboarding, and time clock monitoring.

Responsibilities:

  • Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate company events, including team-building activities, training sessions, and other HR-related events.

  • Day-to-Day Office Tasks: Handle daily administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, processing HR documents, and managing HR inquiries.
  • HR Generalist Backup: Provide support to the HR Generalist in their duties, including recruitment, onboarding, and time clock monitoring.
