Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

About Dutch Farms Inc
Dutch Farms Inc is a dynamic organization seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join its team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for running the daily functions of the HR department, including hiring, interviewing, administering benefits, leave, payroll administration, and enforcing company policies and practices.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
This salary estimate is based on national averages in the United States and may vary depending on location, experience, and other factors.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

- Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Implement new hire orientation programs for all departments.
- Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs, including but not limited to payroll, compensation, benefit, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems, including Paycor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, as well as 5-7 years of human resources experience. SHRM-CP or HRCI-PHR certification is a plus.

Physical Requirements
The position requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, as well as occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds. The ability to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities is also necessary.
