About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team at Del Frisco's Grille. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and beverages.
  • Manage tables effectively, ensuring that guests have a positive dining experience and that the restaurant is running efficiently.
  • Upsell and promote menu items, drinks, and special offers to increase revenue and enhance the guest experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on menu items, promotions, and company policies.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment, supporting colleagues and adhering to company values and standards.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of server experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits, with the ability to make recommendations and promote sales.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
