Responsibilities

  • Restock bars with beer, liquor, wine, glassware, juices, and other essential supplies to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks to prevent stockouts and maintain optimal levels of drinks and supplies.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse beer cooler and liquor closet.
  • Prepare bars and concession stands for events and shows, including setting up and restocking supplies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of our bars.

Requirements

Education

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required for this role.

Experience

At least one year of experience in a related field, such as bartending or hospitality, is required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They must also be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs.

Licenses / Certifications

A State of Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission server permit and a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record are required for this role.
