Take Orders and Serve Food and Beverages

Take menu, beverage, and bar orders from guests and communicate orders to the kitchen and/or bar through our point-of-sale terminal.

Anticipate and Respond to Guest Needs

Anticipate and respond to guest needs by circulating through the work area throughout the shift and maintaining a line of sight/atmosphere control.

Ensure Responsible Alcohol Service

Ensure responsible alcohol service by following local ordinance, alcohol awareness training, and company policies.

Maintain a Clean and Orderly Environment

Maintain a clean and orderly food service environment during operation and at the end of the shift, following sanitation procedures required by health regulatory agencies.

Requirements
  • Education

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience

Experience in restaurant operations and POS check and cash handling experience required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, demonstrated team player and self-starter, standard food preparation/presentation knowledge, skilled in guest relations, wine and liquor knowledge, and ability to handle multiple tables at one time efficiently and with an upbeat, friendly attitude.

Licenses/Certifications

State Alcohol Education Card required upon hire.
