Job Overview

Xplor is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Account Executive to join our team in the Northeast region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with small to medium-sized business owners, driving sales growth, and exceeding revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand Xplor's presence in the Northeast region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, and Sales Support, to ensure seamless onboarding and support for new customers.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities, using Salesforce to track and analyze sales performance.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to customers, showcasing Xplor's payment processing solutions and value proposition.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience, preferably in the payment processing or financial services industry.
  • Valid current driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and performance indicators.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
