Job Summary:The Account Executive will be responsible for maximizing revenue, achieving sales targets, and building strong business relationships with clients. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the sports industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive Revenue Growth: Consistently produce strong sales results for multi-match packages and Chicago Fire FC group and hospitality products.
- Achieve Outreach Metrics: Meet or exceed key performance indicators, including call volume, talk time, referrals, and appointments.
- Prospect New Opportunities: Utilize creative strategies for appointment setting and relationship building, including outside meetings and networking events.
- CRM Management: Accurately enter and manage all prospect and customer information in the CRM platform.
- Engage in Sales Events: Participate in sales, promotional, and team events to generate new prospects and referral opportunities.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide outstanding customer service to all prospects and clients.
- 1-2 years of sales experience required.
- Strong work ethic and desire to build a career in professional sports.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in sports management, business administration, or a similar field.
- Experience with collegiate, elite, or professional sports sales.
- Spanish language fluency.
