The Client Relationship Manager will oversee interactions with various clients across essential business sectors, including shelving, graphics, grocery, office cubicles, and general installations. This role requires collaboration across all organizational levels and engagement with multiple partners, such as managers, project leaders, production supervisors, merchants, and affiliated companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating employee schedules, organizing client installation documentation, tracking "real-time" project advancements, and relaying field challenges to clients. This position also necessitates close cooperation with relevant business counterparts to ensure exceptional service delivery. A self-driven and detail-oriented approach is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance client satisfaction: Foster strong relationships with retailers and utilize all available resources to establish a reputation for outstanding service.
  • Lead client projects: Take charge of significant client initiatives, ensuring successful service delivery by acting as the primary contact or supervisor. Manage cross-functional project teams and effectively communicate project information within the account team, including the General Manager, Production Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Supervisors.
  • Ensure project success: Guarantee that successful projects extend beyond implementation, focusing on solution adoption and sustained customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain product knowledge: Keep a comprehensive understanding of the full range of products and services offered.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in retail or merchandising processes is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 2 years in client development is preferred.
  • Ability to manage client expectations and navigate challenging internal and external situations.
  • Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in all MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Advanced technology skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 15%).
