POSITION SUMMARY: The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for overseeing a range of product launch initiatives from the initial commercial concept to the final production stage.

This role serves as the primary contact for clients during the project onboarding process and fosters ongoing relationships.

The manager collaborates with a team of specialists to devise and implement strategies that meet client needs, profitability goals, quality standards, and budget constraints.


KEY PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:

A successful Client Relationship Manager leads projects to fruition while ensuring satisfaction for both clients and team members through their expertise and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee assigned projects from inception to successful completion.
  • Manage client accounts to sustain and expand business opportunities.
  • Provide accurate product quotations in collaboration with operations, quality, procurement, and finance teams.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of company processes, client needs, technologies, and market sectors.
  • Facilitate the smooth transition of launched products to operations and quality assurance teams.
  • Identify and implement necessary improvements in functions and processes.
  • Allocate team resources effectively, considering other project and operational priorities.
  • Recognize, communicate, and manage project risks, engaging all relevant stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate accountability through regular updates on project progress towards objectives.
  • Continuously manage and grow existing and potential client portfolios.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in direct client interaction.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing multi-person and cross-functional projects, utilizing project management tools and best practices to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Proficient in office software, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a STEM field; project management certification is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
  • Ability to work onsite as required; this position may offer a partial hybrid schedule.
