Position Overview:
Golden Reserve LLC is seeking a skilled Client Relationship Specialist (CRS) to join our dynamic team. This role combines the responsibilities of a Paraplanner and a Client Services Coordinator, focusing on delivering exceptional client support rather than administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Oversee the comprehensive client sales process, including the development of personalized client Roadmaps, which serve as our financial planning framework.
- Ongoing Support: Provide outstanding first-line support and service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
- Insurance Application Facilitation: Manage the complete execution of insurance applications from start to finish.

Our CRS Team is recognized as the driving force behind Golden Reserve's success. We are redefining the financial services landscape through innovative approaches, including monthly seminars and weekly media appearances.

What We Offer:
As a CRS, you will be supported by a dedicated team of three (3) Client Services Specialists, assisting you with:
- Workload management
- New business support
- Policy and training needs
Compensation:
Competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes generous time off, health, vision, and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, and life insurance.
