The Customer Service Representative is responsible for engaging with clients of Joshua Tree Experts, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate with clients through phone and email to provide assistance and information regarding services offered
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and feedback
  • Process and document services for both new and existing clients
  • Address client questions and concerns with professionalism
  • Handle payment transactions over the phone
  • Execute closing procedures for services approved by clients
  • Inform Technicians, Crew Leaders, Department Supervisors, Account Managers, and Leadership about any changes in services or important client information
  • Assess and log service calls
  • Prepare and dispatch invoices for services rendered
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on client accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Take appropriate actions to resolve client issues and concerns
  • Establish and nurture trustworthy relationships with clients
  • Input soil testing data into client accounts upon receipt
  • Conduct pre-service calls as assigned
  • Perform additional related duties as required

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service
  • Experience in the Green Industry is preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
