Care Coordinator

As a skilled Registered Nurse in our Step Down Unit, you will provide exceptional patient care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Your primary responsibilities include assessing and monitoring patients' vital signs, administering medications, and educating them on post-intensive care recovery techniques.
With your expertise, you will play a crucial role in facilitating patient progress and optimizing outcomes in the step-down unit. To succeed in this position, you should have current RN licensure, BLS certification, and at least two years of recent experience in a Step Down setting.
