Atrium Health seeks a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and exceptional patient outcomes. As a key member of our nursing team, you will utilize your expertise to coordinate care, advocate for patients, and foster a culture of compassion and excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, assessing health needs, developing individualized plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate effective communication, ensuring timely and informed decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate records, documenting patient progress, medication administration, and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for process enhancements and contributing to data-driven solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers, promoting trust, respect, and open communication.
  • Stay current with industry developments, best practices, and research findings, applying knowledge to improve patient care and advance the field of nursing.

Requirements:

  • Degree from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
  • Current RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner in the state where you work and reside.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to lift and support the weight of 35 pounds, as well as perform physical tasks related to patient care.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
