Job Overview

As a Medical Care Coordinator Specialist with Oban Corporation, you will play a vital role in supporting the non-clinical case management for the New Hampshire Army National Guard's Office of the State Surgeon (NHANG). Your primary responsibility will be to track the medical status of all 1700 Soldiers assigned to the NH ARNG and ensure that their individual medical readiness records are up-to-date and accurate.

Main Responsibilities
  • Track medical status of all 1700 Soldiers assigned to the NH ARNG.
  • Administrative charting in eCase.
  • Submit case processing, medical documentation, and profile concerns to Medical Readiness Non-Commissioned Officer (MRNCO).
  • Inform NH ARNG provider(s) responsible for evaluating the follow-up of the Soldier's exam in accordance with Office of The State Surgeon policy.
  • Attend Periodic Health Assessment (PHA) events as determined by the needs of the NH ARNG State Surgeon's Office.
  • Follow regulations and policies applicable to Individual Medical Readiness (IMR) and deployment.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in medical office administrative duties or a medical background.
  • Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to easily learn and use various software programs to maintain database files and prepare reports.
