Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at the State College Springhill Suites. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process all check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling guest complaints, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments.
  • Meet or exceed guest satisfaction targets, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
  • Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
  • Computer experience preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
