Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Home2 Suites College Station. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling room reservations, and ensuring a seamless stay for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Greet and register guests, provide information about hotel services and amenities, and resolve any guest complaints or issues.
  • Room Reservations: Make and modify room reservations, handle check-ins and check-outs, and ensure accurate room assignments.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handle phone calls and messages, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest service.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Availability: Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
