About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Support Specialist. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our training programs, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our training affiliates, instructors, and customers via phone, email, and chat support.
    • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide program information.
  • Training Center/State Program Support
    • Coordinate training schedules, product orders, and subscription orders.
    • Review and qualify instructor and training affiliate applications.
    • Maintain state agency licensing and compliance.
    • Process class schedules, audit class paperwork, and track orders.
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to program management, including marketing, development, and revisions of forms and procedures.
    • Initiate outgoing account management calls to solicit feedback and promote program growth.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Associate's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Skills
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong customer service and team orientation.
