- Coordinate training schedules, product orders, and subscription orders.
- Review and qualify instructor and training affiliate applications.
- Maintain state agency licensing and compliance.
- Process class schedules, audit class paperwork, and track orders.
- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to program management, including marketing, development, and revisions of forms and procedures.
- Initiate outgoing account management calls to solicit feedback and promote program growth.
- Education
- Associate's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
