Job Summary

Rapid Response Monitoring is seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Accounting department, you will play a critical role in supporting our collections and accounts receivable functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with clients' Accounts Payable teams through daily calls, account reviews, and payment discussions.
  • Review open accounts for collection efforts and collaborate with management to identify issues attributing to account delinquency.
  • Compose and mail notices, disconnection letters, and customer notifications to ensure timely follow-up on payment arrangements.
  • Maintain accounts through payment plans or financing, providing top-notch customer service and relationship building.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Approximately 2+ years' experience in an administrative, professional, or customer service role.
