Job Summary:

Consolidated Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our team in providing high-quality patient care in various medical settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate and individualized care to patients in home health, hospice, and other medical settings.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide vital sign monitoring.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a minimum of one year of experience in nursing.
  • Current LPN licensure in South Carolina.
  • BLS/CPR certification.
  • Covid vaccination.
  • 2-step Tb test.
  • Physical/Health statement.
