El Ejecutivo de Ventas Internas se enfocará principalmente en la venta a corporaciones dentro de la región Oeste de EE. UU. Esta región presenta una oportunidad empresarial significativa para el candidato adecuado. Aunque el rol viene con una base de negocios que nutrir, hay un potencial sustancial para un profesional de ventas proactivo que cultive una cartera robusta, ofreciendo beneficios a largo plazo.
Responsabilidades:
- Desarrollar e implementar un enfoque de ventas estratégico dirigido a departamentos legales dentro de corporaciones específicas de la vertical en la región asignada.
- Introducir y promover la gama de servicios ofrecidos por nuestra organización, enfatizando la propuesta de valor para los clientes potenciales.
- Establecer y nutrir relaciones sólidas con los tomadores de decisiones clave dentro de las firmas de abogados.
- Aprovechar el conocimiento y la experiencia de la industria para comunicar efectivamente los beneficios de nuestros servicios.
- Contribuir activamente al crecimiento y éxito del equipo de ventas.
Calificaciones:
- Más de 3 años de experiencia comprobada en ventas dentro de la industria legal, con preferencia para candidatos familiarizados con servicios de agente registrado/búsqueda y presentación de UCC.
- Alternativamente, se considerarán candidatos con experiencia en la venta de soluciones de servicios legales a departamentos legales.
- Demostrada mentalidad de cazador de ventas con un historial de éxito en la adaptación a nuevas industrias.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y construcción de relaciones.
Compensación:
Salario base de $80,000 con un plan de Compensación Variable (CV), que apunta a un adicional de $90,000, resultando en unas Ganancias Objetivo (OTE) de $170,000.
