At EMS of Virginia (Educating, Mentoring, Success), we are seeking a qualified and dedicated Community Mental Health Counselor to join our team in the Chesterfield area. As a QMHP Counselor, you will play a vital role in providing Intensive In-Home and Mental Health Skill Building Services to individuals in need.

About the Role

  • Provide 1-1 mental health counseling to clients in their homes or community settings
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and community resources to ensure comprehensive support
  • Conduct regular progress notes and quarterly reports to track client progress
  • Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to ensure best practices
