Job Opportunity

At EMS of Virginia (Educating, Mentoring, Success), we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Community Based Counselor QMHP to join our team. As a Qualified Mental Health Professional, you will provide Intensive In-home and Mental Health Skill Building Services to clients in the greater Richmond area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct home visits and provide one-on-one mental health counseling to clients
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans to meet client needs
  • Provide skill building to adults with serious mental illness
  • Assist clients with accessing community resources and services
  • Collaborate with clients and their families to achieve treatment goals
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in regular supervision and team meetings
