We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to join our team at EMS of Virginia. As a QMHP, you will play a vital role in providing crisis stabilization services to individuals in need.

About the Role

As a QMHP, you will be responsible for providing individualized services to clients in their homes, community settings, and other locations. Your duties will include:

  • Providing 1-1 mental health counseling and skill building to adults with serious mental illness
  • Taking adult clients to appointments and linking them with community resources
  • Completing individualized services plans and progress notes
  • Providing case management to ensure clients' basic needs are met
  • Attending regular supervision and team meetings
