Patient Experience Specialist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Patient Experience Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient experiences and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
About the Role:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and talented team of professionals, providing compassionate and effective chiropractic services to our community. You will be responsible for managing patient flow, verifying patient paperwork, and assisting with patient screenings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Experience: Greet and check-in patients, manage patient appointments, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Patient Account, Billing, and Transactions: Manage patient accounts, enter transactions, and collect patient payments.
- Patient Communication: Address incoming phone messages, monitor company email, and distribute messages or information to appropriate team members.
- Office Environment: Maintain a clean and organized office environment and create a positive experience for patients.
Requirements:
- 2-year /Associates Degree in Business Administration, Health Care, or related field, or equivalent years of job experience.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a healthcare environment.
- Strong customer service skills, organizational and multi-tasking abilities, excellent oral and written communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- An estimated salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year.
