We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team at Electron Energy Corporation. As an Assembler, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing process, assembling rare earth magnet materials and hardware according to customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Optimize safety and minimize risk by wearing required PPE and adhering to safety precautions.
- Read, understand, and follow work instructions and process control standards, and recommend revisions and updates as needed.
- Interpret customer drawings to verify part numbers, dimensions, features, tolerances, and customer requirements.
- Set up work areas, select proper adhesives, tools, and fixtures, and maintain cleanliness and organization of machinery and equipment.
- Operate machinery, including the Bridgeport milling machine, ovens, and other specified equipment, and meet established quality standards and production rates.
- Verify and accurately record data into the ERP Computer System and manufacturing router, and perform in-process inspection as required.
- High school level education or equivalent.
- Up to one year of experience.
- Routine and diversified activities, with a solid basic understanding of specific facts and processes used with some discretion.
