Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Functional Architect to join our dynamic consulting team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce solutions, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to design and implement effective Salesforce solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into functional solutions.
  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients on Salesforce best practices and industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain functional documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and process flows.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions with clients to gather requirements and provide knowledge transfer.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables by conducting thorough reviews and quality assurance checks.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide post-implementation support and ensure a smooth transition to the client's internal teams.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce implementation and functional design.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant are highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex Salesforce projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics and other AI tools.
  • Knowledge of integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and middleware platforms.
  • Familiarity with data migration and data management best practices.
  • Ability to mentor and train junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
