Join Our Team as a Salesforce Solutions Architect
Are you prepared to make a significant impact? West Monroe Partners is on the lookout for a skilled Salesforce Solutions Architect to enhance our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the technical and integration workstreams within the overall program.
• Collaborate with the Engagement Lead and Project Manager to ensure the quality of deliverables and adherence to program status and budget.
• Work closely with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and manage expectations effectively.
• Transform business requirements into well-architected solutions that optimally utilize the Salesforce platform.
• Facilitate technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions that align with client business objectives; identify gaps between the current and desired end states.
• Provide technical oversight and governance for Salesforce projects.
• Assist in defining coding standards and lead code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to appropriate design patterns.
• Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration aspects of Salesforce implementations.
• Offer guidance on application and integration development best practices, Enterprise Architecture standards, and Salesforce Platform education.
• Proactively identify and manage risk areas, ensuring issues are resolved completely.
Qualifications:
• 6+ years of CRM experience, predominantly with Salesforce.
• Expert-level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and Community Clouds.
• Familiarity with relevant AppExchange platforms such as nCino, Vlocity, and other packages in the Financial Services, Healthcare, or Hi-Tech sectors.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Salesforce development and configuration.
Specific Qualifications:
• Proficient understanding of systems architecture and the ability to design scalable, performance-driven solutions.
• Knowledge of key design patterns and best practices for handling large data volumes.
• Familiarity with data sharing and visibility considerations in platform architecture.
• Understanding of platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth).
• Experience with data integration tools and integrating Salesforce with various business systems (ETL, CPQ, marketing automation, reporting, etc.).
• Strong grasp of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies (such as Github, Copado, AutoRabit).
• Expertise in defining system architecture landscapes, identifying gaps, and delivering comprehensive solutions to achieve desired business outcomes.
• Development experience with Apex, Visualforce, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components.
• Solid background in designing/developing large web-based or client-server systems, or exposure to the complete software product lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented analysis and design as well as database design.
• Active Salesforce certifications or the ability to obtain relevant certifications upon hire.
• Excellent client-facing and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
