As a Salesforce Experience Cloud Technical Architect, you will lead the technical design, development, deployment, and handoff of enterprise-scale Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions that meet the complex needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical design, development, deployment, and handoff of Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions
  • Facilitate solution design sessions to uncover requirements and drive solution and technical design
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and performant Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions
  • Architect and document technical solutions aligned with customer business objectives
  • Partner with Experience Design (XD) to shape the digital experience
  • Work effectively with program leadership to ensure project alignment, timely delivery, and ongoing product development
  • Effectively communicate technical concepts and build consensus among stakeholders
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Experience Cloud Architect
  • Expert level understanding of the Salesforce Experience Cloud product suite
  • Deep understanding of web development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Knowledge of the Aura and LWR runtimes
  • Experience with platform security capabilities and data sharing and visibility considerations
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented analysis and design and database design
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
