About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Business Development Coordinator to join our team at New Bern Auto Group. As a key member of our service department, you will play a critical role in building strong relationships with our customers and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer customer calls and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Schedule service appointments and ensure seamless communication with customers and service teams
  • Respond to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using scripted responses and templates
  • Follow up with leads and no-shows to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Participate in team development sessions and contribute to process improvements
  • Utilize our computer system to manage customer interactions and service schedules
  • Organize and schedule shuttles, loaners, rentals, pickups, and deliveries
