Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Business Development Representative to join our team at Kia of New Bern. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for interacting with new and existing customers to increase sales and service appointments, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain positive and ongoing communications with customers to increase sales and service appointments
- Handle incoming calls and make outgoing calls to new and existing customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Meet or exceed sales and service appointment targets
Requirements:
- Direct customer phone communication experience is a must
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends
- Successful telephone communication skills
- Outstanding written communication skills
- Microsoft Office and online computer skills
- Ability to perform multiple tasks
- Outgoing personality and motivation
