Your Responsibilities
- Deliver training and clinical/technical assistance to surgeons and operating room personnel regarding the operation of our navigation technologies and related equipment to ensure optimal procedural outcomes.
- Utilize proprietary software to prepare pre-operative imaging for integration with our Enabling Technologies system, aiding surgeons in preoperative planning and intra-operative navigation.
- Educate physicians and hospital staff, including operating room teams, radiology, and central sterile processing on the navigation system, instruments, consumables, and software applications.
- Provide timely and precise complaint documentation in accordance with Stryker Enabling Technologies quality protocols.
- Address product inquiries and resolve issues for customers efficiently.
- Assist in the formulation and implementation of the sales strategy while enhancing the adoption of navigation technologies by increasing engagement with existing and prospective surgeons.
- Actively promote the clinical advantages of our products and cultivate strong, positive relationships with key surgeons and operating room staff at targeted facilities.
- Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Marketing to enhance communication regarding product performance.
- Secure purchase orders for products utilized during surgical procedures and manage case coverage purchase orders for services rendered.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to advocate for the clinical benefits of our products, driving continuous account growth and case volume.
- May oversee product evaluations in operating room and clinical environments.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to engage in cross-divisional training for product education.
- Facilitate the transition of competitive physicians to utilize Stryker Enabling Technologies products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or 6 years of equivalent clinical experience.
- Sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Physical Requirements: Medium work - Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently to move objects.
- Flexibility to work off-hours, weekends, and holidays as needed to support business requirements.

Compensation
$56, $101,400.00 salary plus bonus eligibility and benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual compensation is determined by skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
