Job Description

At John Sill, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales and Service Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, generating sales, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer policy change requests and answer incoming phone calls.
  • Provide cross-sell solutions and present insurance policy options to prospective clients.
  • Quote new prospects with insurance proposals and negotiate policies.
  • Work closely with our team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:
  • Property & Casualty insurance license required for hire.
  • L&H license can be acquired after hire with paid training.
  • Confident, self-starter with strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work well independently.
