  • Develop and implement menus, daily specials, and pricing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the management team to budget for labor, manage inventory, and control costs.
  • Communicate effectively with employees, management, and guests to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with food safety policies and regulations, ensuring compliance and maintaining a high level of food quality.
Requirements
  • Previous chef experience, preferably in a high-volume kitchen environment.
