Job Title: Patient Experience Specialist

Imagine Staffing Technology is seeking a dedicated Patient Experience Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless authorizations and efficiently resolving denials, ultimately enhancing patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent our organization in a friendly, positive, and effective manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and anticipate their needs ahead of time.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve quality and performance standards.
  • Perform specialized functions for patients by handling calls and inquiries into the Contact Center.
  • Ensure patient inquiries are addressed and resolved in a compassionate and timely manner.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of Customer Service experience.
  • Experience with authorizations/denials for medical insurance is a plus.
  • Background in medical field/collections/call center is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare is preferred.
  • Physician office experience is preferred.
  • Basic customer service skills and empathy while interacting with patients.
  • Demonstrate excellent active listening skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Computer savvy and strong typing skills.
