Job Title: Patient Experience Representative - Part Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Experience Representative to join our team at Dent Neurologic Institute. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, clinical support staff, management, and providers.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service through all interactions, ensuring a positive experience for patients and their families.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Manage high call volumes with poise and professionalism, utilizing effective communication skills to resolve issues and concerns.
  • Collaborate with coworkers to achieve team goals and objectives, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date on Call Center policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and regulations.
  • Perform a range of administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, updating patient records, and handling billing and insurance inquiries.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying current with industry best practices and advancements.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service environment, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
